Modern and comfortable apartments located in a quiet and calm place with wonderful views to the sea and Palanga city! Location. The apartments are located 1 km from Palanga center and just 400 meters from the white sand
Location is surrounded by pine forest, so during your stay the fresh air is granted.
Apartments. All suits are arranged on the 8th floor so you will have wonderful views to the sea and city.
To get to the rooms at any time you could take the lift – it works 24 hours per day.
All three apartments are separated from the common hallway, so your rest will be safe and calm.
Many clients, who already have rested in our apartments, later want to come back. We kindly invite you as well.

Services. Nearby the building you will find „Linas“outdoor swimming pool with bathhouse complex, sanatorium, where you could get various treatment services or just taste delicious meals from eating-house menu. If you are boring of walking on foot, you could rent a bicycle.
A point of bicycle rent is opened from the early morning to the late evening in sanatorium yard as well.
You are welcome to these apartments:
No.1 and No.2. Two-room apartment with air-conditioned living-room and bedroom (6 sleeping places).
Apartment has two bathrooms, open space kitchen with all need equipment, satellite TV, hearth and two balconies from where you could enjoy nice views to the sea and city.
No.3. One-room apartment with two sleeping places.
Apartment has mini kitchen, bathroom, satellite TV, air-conditioner and balcony where opens nice view to the sea and city.
There is a possibility to rent the apartments No.1 and No.3 together like one apartment having 8 sleeping places.
During the high season the apartments are rented at least for one week period.
During the low season rent time is under the deal. The check-out time: 12:00 PM at local time.
